A young family in Santa Barbara needed help finding a fixer house with dreams of making it their forever home. We found a distressed property and secured the sale at 75% of the original asking price. We're now in the design phase and plan to begin construction in the coming months.

A newly married couple moved into a spec home in Phoenix's coveted Arcadia neighborhood. They reached out for help adding some warmth and personality to compliment their fantastic views of Camelback Mountain.

Sonoma County Vacation Rental

Our client was looking for an investment property in the redwood forest of Western Sonoma County. We helped them find a building that was in need of some TLC. After a replacing two bathrooms and finishing out the garage as a bunk room, the space is inviting, relaxing, and oozes vacation vibes.
